Marketing as a Service – what are you actually buying?
By hiring me, you will outsource your marketing processes and activities. These can include digital marketing, content creation, SEO, data analysis, campaign management, and more. I will clarify the actual process and how we will work together on this page.
Joint planning and design
Your needs and goals are the top priority. We will start with a joint planning meeting to collaborate, understand your unique preferences, and create a tailored list of marketing tasks to be done. If you are uncertain about the best possible focus and prioritization, my expertise is there to point us in the right direction.
Measurable results with the RICE model
To keep the tasks measurable and transparent, I use the RICE model to prioritize the tasks based on four factors: Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort. It helps us effectively outline our resources and strategize plans for maximum return on investment, ensuring agile decision-making and optimized results. The RICE model is not a must – we are free to design our work together in any other model as well!
The minimum length of the contract is six months, and the maximum length is 12 months. You are free to cancel the contract 30 days after the 1st day of the deal.
Working hour reporting
I use an amazing piece of software called Toggl to literally track every hour, minute, and second I work for you and your company. You will get a monthly report of the used resources, and if needed, a more detailed report is always available.
I never charge my customers until the work is done – at the end of every calendar month of our contract, you will get an invoice with a 14-day payment period.
